Refund policy

Returns.

We offer a 30 day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is not returned in it's original condition we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund. Returns are not required to be in original packaging, but they must be received unused.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of any intimate items. 

We are happy to replace/refund you if your order arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us at ivysintimatesshop@gmail.com if you experience any issues with your order.
